What is your next race?

IMG_2015I can’t believe summer is almost over! We are in our last week of summer break  with the kiddos here in Charleston, trying to cram in as much fun as we can this week. With trips to the water park, the beach, the pool, sleepovers– how can we ever fit in a workout? To be honest, it is really hard to be motivated, but luckily I have a couple of major races coming up and that help keep me running, biking, and swimming..however, to be totally honest I have slacked off of the strength training. Once my July Beach Body 30 day Challenge was over I er…well let’s say I’ve had more time each day to drink my coffee.  I look at it as a nice mental break from my usual grind, but I am looking forward to hitting the gym with my workout pals Shelly and Jennifer next week!
